The only reason i show this video, if it can just slow down one young person... please don't race on the freeway...
God you have to love this legend of a car.
This is why it is foolish to street race. A high speed wreck like this is survivable at the strip.
For the correct way to do a Corvette Z06 burnout we found video of former Corvette plant manager Wil Cooksey doing some testing on a new Z06 Corvette at the 2007 Corvettes at Carlisle. Maybe it was a little overkill but we?ve heard horror stories about fleet car abuse, just not in front of thousands of Corvette Fans. Funny how just months after the show, Cooksey retired from his position running one of GM's most famous assembly plants.
It appears that this owner of a 505 horsepower Millennium Yellow ?look at me? Corvette was trying to impress the guys with a burnout on a set of 8,000 mile ready-to-replace tires. After two or three attempts the net result was a lot of smoke and a fried clutch. At a cost well over $600.00 in parts alone, this display of bravado was hopefully a learning experience. Next time we suggest checking the traction control switch and maybe a start from second gear.
Watch a motor being bored.
ZR1 is a Drag Queen, or should we say King.
Classic Corvette ZR1 vs Nissan GT-R. The ZR1 is clearly the badest American production car ever made, and dollar for dollar the best in the world.
Ford vs Chevy, what else needs to be said.
