Yes, nitrous is an accelerator, as is oxygen. did you guys know if we were to try and use pure oxygen it would instantly burn up the piston as fuel for the combustion. It may be the most potent accelerant that i know of, pure oxygen that is. if nitrous didn't speed up the combustion process like it does we would have no need to pull timing.
Yeah that's what it should do. What do you think you spray nitrous in a motor for? It's like dumping a ton of oxygen into the motor which is extra "food" for the fire. The more oxygen the bigger the flame or fire. Gasoline isn't flammable either, its the vapors that are flammable. You need to do some research before you make a comment.
No crap?! So paper is flammable these days? I know that. But when you look at the video, it's like the paper "explodes" into flames. Nitrous isn't like gasoline...it's not flammable
N2O may not be flammable, but the towel or paper is. What does the O stand for in N2O? What fuels fire? Oxygen. Hmmm take a second and think about that one.
